Beyond Having a Vision: Oluseyi Adolphus on the Capacity to Build, Grow and Lead

After years of working with people, teaching, mentoring, developing leaders, writing, speaking and walking alongside families, Oluseyi Adolphus is bringing many of the lessons from that journey into a new format.

She has launched three self-paced digital courses focused on growth, capacity, imagination and the decisions that shape how people move forward.

The courses are Building Mental Frameworks for Success and Expansion, The Power of Imagination, and The Discipline of Asking.

At the heart of the first course is a question many people do not ask often enough: What kind of person do I need to become to sustain the growth I am asking for? Building Mental Frameworks for Success and Expansion explores the connection between thinking, capacity and sustainable growth, helping participants examine the internal frameworks that influence how they approach opportunities, expansion and stewardship.

The Power of Imagination takes a different but connected approach. It looks at the space between having an idea and actually doing something with it. For Seyi, imagination is not simply about dreaming bigger. It is about developing the ability to see possibilities, think beyond current limitations and then translate those ideas into action.

The third course, The Discipline of Asking, examines the relationship between desire, capacity and stewardship. What do we ask for? Why do we ask for it? What is driving the desire? And are we prepared for the responsibility that comes with receiving what we have asked for?

Together, the courses reflect a recurring theme in Seyi’s work: growth is not only about getting access to bigger opportunities. It also requires the thinking, capacity and discipline to make something meaningful out of those opportunities.

That perspective has been shaped by years of working across education, leadership development, mentorship and human development.

Oluseyi Adolphus is a Leadership Development Specialist, Education Consultant, Author, Mentor, Minister, Speaker and Family Life Coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and serves as a Board Member and Adjunct Faculty with Development Associates International Nigeria. She is also the Director of Fohalep Academy Ltd, where she leads work in tutoring, homeschooling support and academic intervention across different curricula.

Her work has also found expression through books, mentorship and community-building. She is the author of Twists and Turns, Redefined, Chronicles of a Mother and Anchored Hearts, with her writing exploring themes around faith, identity, leadership, family, resilience and purposeful living.

The three courses bring some of those lessons into a format that people can access and work through at their own pace.

For Seyi, it is another way of doing what she has spent years doing: helping people think more deeply about who they are, what they are capable of, and what it will take to build the lives and impact they envision.
